Guitar Hero Releases Two New Premium Shows in Time For Valentine’s Day

With Valentine’s Day on the horizon, Activision and FreeStyleGames are bringing two all-new Premium Shows to Guitar Hero Live featuring love ballads from across the decades.

To celebrate, players looking to dedicate their love to all things rock this weekend can look forward to a Hero Cash sale in GHTV, which can be acquired at half price starting this Friday, 12th February through Monday, 15th February. The sale will offer 50% off Play Token bundles* as well as 50% off the Hero Cash skip requirement for entry to the Valentine’s Day Premium Show. The new songs in the game this week are:

Ballads of Love

  • Chris Cornell – Arms Around Your Love
  • Hoobastank – The Reason
  • Goo Goo Dolls – Iris
  • Love on the Rocks

    Bon Jovi – You Give Love a Bad Name
  • Motorhead – Heartbreaker
  • The Darkness – I Believe in a Thing Called Love

Additionally, with the Grammy Awards around the corner, players can also check out three new GHTV tracks from artists that have been nominated for the prestigious musical honour:

Guitar Hero Live is available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U console as well as Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
